She keeps to herself on weekdays and is difficult to spot in the general population. On weekends she stations herself near the store entrance and monitors foot traffic without soliciting interaction. She has never been startled, according to every log entry staff could find. Visitors who need a quiet pass-through are advised to move normally; she tracks movement rather than sound. Staff do not use her weekends for surprise introductions.
